Do you provide a warranty?
Absolutely. All products have a full manufacturer’s
warranty. Further, Humphries Casters and Supplies goes
beyond the warranty with exchanges and refunds to ensure
our client’s satisfaction.
What kind of purchasing
programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of programs to meet
your needs including:
- Blanket Orders with shipments at regular intervals
- Blanket Orders with on-demand shipments
- Purchase Order transactions
- Credit Card Transactions (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express)

- Bulk Purchase Discounts
- Delivered to your location, or
- Stored in our facility
Do you offer product
trials?
In many instances, such as new applications
or to make sure a fit is correct, we will provide a
sample for you to evaluate. If you are not satisfied
with the product, you can return it within 15 days with
normal wear and there will be no charge. If you keep
the product for 15 days, or if there is excessive wear,
you will be billed our normal low rates.
